At SoundStack, we understand that sometimes our customers may run into financial troubles and could use more time to pay their bill. That is why we want to give all of our broadcasters ample opportunity to pay their bill while staying on the air.


Customers can have 3 extensions per calendar year, however, 1 extension can be given at a time and the maximum length of an extension is 7 days. Any requests beyond this length that require a billing date change will be prorated and moved to your next bill. 


Only 1 change of your monthly due date per calendar year can be made and the change can go up to a maximum of 10 days without an additional charge.
