Here are some things you should know about upgrading or downgrading your SoundStack service.

Note: Your billing cycle will remain the same after the upgrade/downgrade with the readjusted rate.

Some customers are able to upgrade or downgrade their account at any time. This can be done inside the customer control panel available at

Other customers will need to reach out to their point of contact here at SoundStack.

If you choose to change your current package, you can initiate the process by following these steps. 

  1. Login to
  2. From the client area, navigate to Services.

  3. Select the service that you would like to upgrade or downgrade from the list.
  4. A new page will open including the service details and an Upgrade/Downgrade section.

  5. Choose the new package that suits your needs from the list.

Once you have initiated this action, our billing and invoicing software will be notified of your intent to change your package. Future invoices will be generated on the day of your currently paid invoicing cycle with the new pricing.

Upgrade/Downgrade Error

If you made this upgrade/downgrade by error or accident, you will need to reach out to our Support Team to restore it to its original package or you can go back and switch it yourself by redoing the steps.
