This article describes how you receive payments from AudioReach
SoundStack enables audio publishers the ability to fully monetize their audience. When deploying a new publisher, our Technical Operations team will gather all of your publisher information to be submitted to our Accounting department.
In addition to this information, we also need to know how you desire to be paid. Since it's the most commonly used method worldwide, our recommendation is to use PayPal. If you go with this option, we will need the email address that is linked to your PayPal account. If for various reasons you can't use PayPal, you may choose a different third-party option or we can make the payment via ACH. This will be discussed during your onboarding.
When it comes time to process your payment, the Accounting department will gather all of the applicable reports and send them to the publisher. Here is an example of a report that is sent to a publisher:
The report shows the final impressions, revenue for the specific month and other important information. The payment will be made based on the publisher's Net Terms.
After the payment is issued, it takes around 3-5 days for the money to get into the customer's PayPal account. When using PayPal, a confirmation from PayPal will be received at the publisher's e-mail address.
There is a 15 day period before the Net Terms actually begin, and the payment will be made between the 15th and 25th of the Net Terms ending month. For example, if the month when impressions accrued was in July, then the Net Terms will start on August 15th. If your Net Term is set for 120 days, payment will be made between December 15th and 25th.
Note: The publisher does not need to send us an invoice because the payment will be made automatically. If the publisher's local law requires sending invoices, we will accept them, but they are not required.
