App Deployment process
1. Setting up the developer accounts
To get things rolling on building your app, we need you to fill out the form below:
Once the form above is filled out and submitted, move on to the next steps below.
To submit your app to the App Store and Google Play, you'll need to acquire and maintain your own Apple and Google Developer accounts. It is highly encouraged that you join the Apple Developer Program as an Organization. An Organization account will allow you to easily invite our developers to access your account and publish your apps.
You will need a D-U-N-S number to set up your developer accounts as an organization. This is a mandatory requirement when providing developer account information for your organization or business, and is used by Google and Apple to verify your identity. If you are a sole proprietor, you may be able to apply for a DUNS number using your personal name and home address.
For Individual/Personal Apple Developer accounts only: If you are an individual/sole proprietor without a D-U-N-S, another option would be to share your login and 2FA (2-factor authentication code) details for https://developer.apple.com with us during the development phase so we can submit the app. This step is only required for individual/personal Apple Developer accounts. To do this, we would need to schedule a time with you to give you a call to get the details. So let us know if you'd like to go with this option.
For Individual/Personal Google developer accounts only: If you haven't created your individual/personal Google developer account before November 15th, 2023 we highly suggest that you create an Organizational account rather than an individual/personal one. Individual/personal Google developer account requires the owner to get 20 users to test your app for 14 days before it can be made available for download in the Google Play store. Additionally, the 14-day test period does not start until all 20 users have downloaded the app.

FAQs
How long does the process take for me to get my mobile app?
- Once our team has been invited to your fully verified developer account(s), it may take up to 5-7 business days for the app to be built and submitted to Apple and/or Google for review. Apple and Google’s review times vary and can take up to an additional 7 business days to approve the app and/or share feedback. Apple and Google’s review times are beyond our control. We cannot guarantee a time frame due to several factors, including account permissions, missing information, and more. With all the factors in mind, we guarantee we will do our best to have your app completed as quickly as we can!
How much does it cost to get a developer account?
- Apple charges a membership fee of $99/ year. Google charges a one-time fee of $25.
What is a fully verified developer account?

- Don’t panic. This can happen and is common. Reach out to setup@live365.com, and our developers will look into it for you and resubmit your app.
How do I build the app?
- Although you own the developer account, our developers, when invited to your developer account, will build/code the app and submit the app to Apple and Google.
Can I set up just one developer account, or do I need to get both?
- While we recommend publishing your station app to both platforms for greater reach and discoverability, you can choose to submit your app to either the Apple or Google platform. If you decide at a later date to add your app to the other platform, just reach out to the SoundStack Setups team by emailing setup@live365.com.
