Podcaster is an exceptional tool for creating, editing, and publishing podcast episodes. However, it's crucial to be aware of the audio formats supported by Podcaster.

To upload a new episode, login to Podcaster by accessing https://podcaster.soundstack.com/. Select a show, or add a new one if you don’t already have one. On the right side of your screen, you’ll see a box labeled "Audio File". Click the blue cloud icon with a white arrow to open the file selector and choose your desired episode file.

Podcaster supports WAV, AAC, AIFF, and M4A/MP4 encoded files, with a maximum file size of 1GB.

Note: If you are unable to upload one of these file types, please contact SoundStack to enable the transcoding feature for your organization.

While a specific format is not mandatory, we recommend using MP3 files with a 128 kbps bitrate and a 44.1 kHz sample rate for optimal results. These settings offer an optimal balance between audio quality and file size.

If you have any further questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact our Support Team through the ticket submission form or by emailing us at support@soundstack.com.
