This is everything that you need to know regarding overdue invoices.
SoundStack offers 3 extensions of the invoice due date per year. After the 3 extensions, the policy listed below will apply.
- Your SoundStack service moves into a Suspended state if an invoice is overdue for more than 3 days.
- Once an invoice is overdue for 10 days, your service moves to the Terminated status.
- After 60 days of an overdue invoice, the information attached to the terminated service gets removed from our system.
If you are looking for more information on Cancellation and Reactivation, please check out this help article: Cancellation and Reactivation.
When you sign up for a paid SoundStack account, you are issued an invoice right away. You are paying for your month of Broadcaster use in advance.
The SoundStack billing cycle repeats monthly. If your billing cycle starts on March 3rd, for example, your subsequent billing cycle will start on April 3rd. This means that you are licensed to broadcast from March 3rd through the end of April 2nd. Two weeks prior to the end of your billing cycle, you will receive the invoice for the subsequent month.
