Maintaining an active subscription with SoundStack requires you to have a valid credit card attached to your account.

In case the credit card that you've used to sign up with SoundStack has expired or can no longer process online payments, you need to update your payment information within the client area to avoid account suspension.

Below, you can find step-by-step guidance on how to update the credit card details:

  1. Login to
  2. From the top menu, locate and select Billing.
  3. Next, navigate to the Payment Methods option under the Billing droplist.

  4. You will now see your current credit card on file. Click on the Edit button next to the credit card, which is pointed in the screenshot below:

  5. Insert the updated credit card information you'd like to use for this account and press Save Changes.
