In case the credit card that you've used to sign up with SoundStack has expired or can no longer process online payments, you need to update your payment information within the billing portal.

Below, you can find step-by-step guidance on how to update the credit card details:

  1. Visit and enter the email address associated with your account.
  2. Access the email that was sent to you and click Log in.
  3. Select + Add payment method from the main screen.
  4. update the form with the credit card information you'd like to use for this account and press Add.
