A Seamless Payment Experience with Stripe at SoundStack

At SoundStack, we continually strive to enhance the customer experience and streamline our processes. We are excited to announce a significant upgrade to our billing system, now powered by Stripe. This transition is aimed at providing a more efficient and user-friendly billing experience for all our customers. In this article, we detail the key changes you can expect and how to manage your payments effectively in the new system.

Billing Portal Access

As a part of our billing system migration, your existing billing account will be closed. However, rest assured that your SoundStack services will continue without interruption. We are introducing our new billing portal which allows for straightforward viewing and payment of your invoices. You can access the new billing portal at:

Simply enter the email address associated with your SoundStack account to receive a magic login link via email. The old portal will remain accessible until April 1, 2024, for a smooth transition.

PayPal Discontinuation

We will no longer be accepting payments through PayPal. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding as we transition to a more streamlined billing system. Although PayPal is no longer supported, we invite you to review the list below for alternative digital wallets that we continue to support.

Payment Options

Credit/Debit Card

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For our customers who are already making payments using this method, please be assured that there is no need to modify your current payment setup. We will continue to charge the existing payment method you have registered with us.

Digital Wallets

  • Apple Pay: For Apple device users, Apple Pay offers a convenient payment method.

  • Google Pay: Android users can utilize Google Pay for secure and swift transactions.

  • CashApp: A convenient and easy digital wallet available to anyone, regardless of device type.

Bank Transfer (ACH)

Each customer receives a unique bank account number for ACH payments, which can be found on payment links and invoices.

Invoice Schedule

Invoices will now be issued on the first day of each service period, ensuring clarity and consistency in your billing cycle.

Product and Service Naming

Some products and services will feature new names on your invoices. This change is purely cosmetic; the functionality and pricing of these offerings remain unchanged.
