You have the ability to create users in your Console organization, assign specific roles and permissions to each individual.
SoundStack will configure your Console Admins, who can manage user access within the Console platform, including the ability to add new users.
When setting up a new user, only the fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required. These include:
- First name
- Last name
NOTE: Setting up a password for a new user is not required at this time and the new user can create a password after they receive their invite email.
When setting up a new user in Console, you will need to select the relevant user type:
- User - Users don’t have access to perform any actions in Console but can be given access to specific stations within Insights.
- Admin - Admins can view and edit anything in the organization, including creating user accounts.
In addition to setting the access level, you'll also need to assign the timezone of the user.
Once all configurations are set, simply click the Save button. The user will promptly receive an email invitation containing a link to configure their account password.
